[Object] Providing a headlight apparatus of a saddle-type vehicle that can prevent light leakage from an air intake port even when the air intake port is made near a light opening part. [Solving Means] A headlight apparatus includes a headlight HL having a lens 60 that covers a front surface of a housing 70 in which a light source and a reflector are provided, and a front cowl 30 that covers surroundings of the lens 60 and has a light opening part 34 for causing an emission surface 63 of the lens 60 to face the front side. An air intake port 35 to take in running winds toward the headlight rear side is made near the light opening part 34 in the front cowl 30. A partition wall 67 that partitions a region between the light opening part 34 and the air intake port 35 is provided on the front surface side of the lens 60, and a region from a tip 67c of the partition wall 67 to a front surface of the lens 60 on the side of the air intake port 35 serves as a black painted part 68. An opposed wall 36 that extends toward the front surface of the lens 60 along at least a single surface of the partition wall 67 is provided in the front cowl 30.
