Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	To provide a device for automatically detecting air in a mixture gas of an organic gas and the air and removing air from the mixture gas. A saturation pressure value is calculated based on a temperature of the mixture gas in a reservoir 1, and a pressure threshold value is obtained by adding a margin value to the saturation pressure value. When a pressure value inside the reservoir 1 is higher than the pressure threshold value, it is detected that the air is mixed into the mixture gas. After this detection, a controller 5 pressurizes and introduces the mixture gas into a pressure container 2 to condense the organic gas in the mixture gas, thus producing a diluted mixture gas. Subsequently, the diluted mixture gas is introduced to a supply side of a membrane unit 3, the organic gas in the diluted mixture gas is recovered at a permeation side thereof, and a residual gas is discharged to outside of the device.
