METHOD OF CULTURING PEARL

Method of culturing pearl oyster comprising of the collection and conditioning of mother pearl oyster following the method a) gathering of oyster; b) insertion of piece of cork to oyster; c) cleaning and de-stoning oyster glands; d) emptying gonad of the oysters from egg and sperm. Pearl oyster relaxation and implantation technology composed of a) immersion of oysters in a volume of solution of seawater and relaxant; b) implantation of round nucleus in the gonad by surgical insertions of graft and nucleus; c) application of antibiotics and colorant to oyster. This uses a relaxant solution from Daturametel and vodka. Pearl culture management composed of a) recovery and monitoring; b) transfer to field in a fine net panels with pockets; c) monitoring of rejection and mortality; d) cultural management and bio-fouling. It uses seawater culturing habitat of salinity ranging from 24-50 pcnt for 2-3 days.
