PROCESO PARA PREPARAR {6-[(DIETILAMINO)METIL]NAFTALEN-2-IL}METIL [4-(HIDROXICARBAMOIL) FENIL]CARBAMATO DE ALTA PUREZA

Referido a un proceso para preparar {6-[(dietilamino)metil]naftalen-2-il}metil [4-(hidroxicarbamoil) fenil]carbamato y/o las sales farmaceuticamente aceptables del mismo con una alta pureza, en donde dicho proceso comprende los pasos de: i) preparar una solucion o suspension del compuesto de formula (II) en un disolvente organico, en donde X es un halogeno, preferiblemente cloro; y ii) anadir hidroxilamina a la solucion o suspension obtenida. Este proceso permite obtener un producto que tienen una cantidad de cualquier impureza unica desconocida igual o inferior al 0,10 %. A process for obtaining {{6-[(diethylamino)methyl]naphthalen-2-yl}methyl[4-(hydroxycarbamoyl)phenyl]carbamate and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof having high purity is described. This process allows to obtain a product having an amount of any single unknown impurity equal to or less than 0.10%, as well as a product having a purity greater than 99.5%, preferably equal to or greater than 99.6%.An HPLC method for determining the purity of the product and possible impurities thereof is also described.
