Power supply for respiratory therapy device

A respiratory therapy device consists of a housing, a flow generator that produces a flow of breathable gas, and an operating voltage. Additionally, it includes a battery pack that can power the flow generator. The device is equipped with an under-voltage lock-out circuit, which has the ability to either disable the flow generator when the battery pack generates a voltage below a certain threshold or enable the flow generator when the battery pack generates a voltage higher than the threshold. The battery pack itself is designed for a respiratory therapy device. It includes a battery housing that can be inserted into the flow generator housing, a cell that produces voltage, a converter to convert the cell's voltage to the operating voltage required for the respiratory therapy device, an output connector to provide the operating voltage to the flow generator, a stand-by circuit connected to the battery pack, and an under-voltage lock-out circuit.
