Zusammenfassung:Provided is a method for separating disodium 5'-inosinate from a microorganism culturing medium containing same. In particular, provided is a method of separating disodium 5'-inosinate, the method comprising: culturing a microorganism that produces 5'-inosinic acid; adjusting the pH of a culture broth of the microorganism to be from 7.4 to 8.0; concentrating the pH-adjusted culture broth to form disodium 5'-inosinate crystals; separating disodium 5'-inosinate crystals from the culture broth containing the disodium 5'-inosinate crystals; and washing the crystals by contacting the disodium 5'-inosinate crystals with a hydrophilic organic solvent.
