Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and to an apparatus for production of a cannabinoid granulate that is soluble in aqueous medium, wherein a matrix liquid composed of a first liquid that dissolves a cannabinoid and a second liquid that forms an oil-in-water emulsion with the first liquid and a cannabinoid dissolved in the first liquid or emulsion is produced, wherein the matrix liquid is dried by convection in a fluidisation apparatus by way of spray granulation, spray agglomeration or spray encapsulation, into a cannabinoid granulate. The convective drying of the matrix liquid into a cannabinoid granulate increases the systemic absorption of the cannabinoids, improving the bioavailability of the cannabinoids and the pourability of the solid dosage form of the cannabinoids. The apparatus has a vessel system having inlets for the matrix liquid constituents, and a matrix liquid outlet, for production of the matrix liquid and a convective drying apparatus fluidically connected to the matrix liquid outlet. |
