Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides methods for obtaining, from an ex vivo B cell culture, B cells that are capable of producing antibodies with a higher stability and with the same or a lower binding affinity, as compared to an initial parent antibody. These B cells are obtained by selecting B cells with a higher binding avidity than the average binding avidity of the ex vivo B cell culture. Antibodies produced by these high avidity B cells are tested in order to determine their affinity and their thermal stability and/or their resistance to aggregation and/or their chemical stability.
