Disclosed is a amorphous form of (R)-5-((E)-2-pyrrolidin-3-ylvinyl)pyrimidine mono-citrate. Also disclosed is the use of (R)-5-((E)-2-pyrrolidin-3-ylvinyl)pyrimidine mono-citrate for treating constipation.
