Zusammenfassung:	Methods of transferring a plurality of plant somatic embryos to germination medium are provided. Each of the methods includes the steps of: (a) depositing a plurality of plant somatic embryos on a surface of a substrate, wherein the substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface; (b) inverting the substrate with the disposed plurality of plant somatic embryos over germination medium contained in a container such that the plurality of plant somatic embryos disposed on the top surface of the substrate are opposite to and facing a surface of the germination medium; and (c) applying a sufficient force to the bottom surface of the substrate.
