The compound is suitable to modulate kinase activity, including PI3 kinase activity. Also disclosed are processes for preparing solid forms of the compound of formula (I) and their salts, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. The compound of formula (I) is (S)-2-amino-4-((1-(8-(2-methoxypyridin-4-yl)-1-oxo-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinolin-3-yl)ethyl)amino)pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile.
