Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a co-crystal comprising cyprodinil and a co-crystal forming compound which has at least one imide functional group, wherein said co-crystal forming compound is selected from pyromellitic diimide, 2,3-naphthalenedicarboximide and phthalimide. Further disclosed is a co-crystal comprising cyprodinil and a co-crystal forming compound selected from pyromellitic diimide, 2,3-naphthalenedicarboximide and phthalimide, obtained by a process comprising a) grinding, heating or contacting in solution cyprodinil with the co-crystal forming compound, under crystallisation conditions so as to form a solid phase; and b) isolating co-crystals comprising cyprodinil and the co-crystal forming compound. Also disclosed is a fungicidal composition which comprises the co-crystal as defined above.
