Zusammenfassung:Provided are amine derivative compounds of the general formula (I), where the variables are as defined in the specification. Examples of the compounds include N-[cyclopropyl(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)butanamide and 2-(4-Fluorophenylsulfonyl)-N-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-N-(pyridine-2-ylmethyl)acetamide. The compounds are modulators of potassium (K+) channels, particularly Kv1.3 channels in T cells. The compounds may be useful in the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis.
