Zusammenfassung:	A sheave block comprising an internal body 1 defining at least one inner race 7, an external pulley wheel 2, which turns coaxially on the internal body 1 and defines at least one outer race 6 facing the at least one inner race 7, rolling means 3 set between the races, and means of mutual axial retention between the internal body 1 and the pulley wheel 2. The means of mutual axial retention are directly constituted by the races in radial-axial contact with the rolling means 3. The internal body 1 has a radial interruption of the inner race 7 or each inner race at which interruption is set an insert 8 for restoring the radial distance formed by two parts axially applied on opposite sides to the internal body 1.
