The mould stator 10 includes a stator and a mould resin, which is for moulding the stator, includes an opening at one end in an axis direction, and a bearing supporting section 11 formed at another end in the axis direction and supporting one of the two roller bearings 21a, 21b, and a metal bracket 30 attached to the opening and supporting another of the two roller bearings 21a, 21b. The resin section 24 formed on the outer circumference of the shaft 23 extends between the shaft 23 and the roller bearing supported by the metal bracket.
