Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a system for broadcasting a stream of content to users. The system is comprised of a user interface (102) and a social broadcasting server (104). The user interface (102) is configured to receive one or more network communications indicating a preference of the sending user with respect to content of the broadcast stream. The communications are received from each of a plurality of the users at least in part via a network other than the network via which the content is broadcast. The social broadcasting server (104) is configured to process the network communications to determine and update dynamically preferred content and provide the content for inclusion in the broadcast. The preferred content reflects at least in part the network communications received from the plurality of users. Processing the network communications comprises using a rules engine to temper the preference by applying one or more business rules. The one or more business rules comprise governmental restrictions on the frequency with which content is broadcast.
