Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a composition which comprises: (a) at least one substituted N-pyrazole-N'-phenyl-urea compound having a structural formula as represented by the formula (I) capable of inhibiting Chk1 and (b) at least one cyclodextrin; wherein in the compound of formula (I), R39 is halo, alkyl, cyano or CF3; R40 is hydrogen, alkyl, cyano, alkoxy, halo, or N(R45)2; R41 is a 6- or 7-membered saturated heterocyclic ring; R42 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, S-alkyl, N(R45)2, NR45C(=O)alkyl, or a 5- or 6-membered saturated heterocyclic ring containing one N-R44 group and optionally ring substituted with one to three alkyl groups; or R40 and R42 are taken together with the carbons to which they are attached to form a 5- to 7-membered saturated carbocyclic ring; R43 is hydrogen or halo; and wherein the other substituents are as defined herein, and wherein the composition is for the treatment of a disorder involving aberrantly proliferating cells such as cancer.
