Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a food composition comprising nutritional ingredients and food-grade surfactant micelles incorporating at least one antimicrobial agent, wherein the antimicrobial agent is selected from clove oil, bay oil, cinnamon oil, oregano oil, thyme oil, caraway oil, dill oil, oriander oil, citrus oil, orange oil, mustard oil or any combinations thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the above mentioned food composition for improving the microbiological safety and stability of said food composition.
