Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a coffee product with roasted and unroasted portions. The coffee product includes: a first portion consisting of unroasted ground and/or unground coffee, in an amount of from 1 to 90% by weight based on the total weight of the coffee product, and; a second portion consisting of ground coffee which has been roasted to a higher degree of roast than the first portion, in an amount of from 99 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the coffee product. The content of chlorogenic acids is at least 4g per 100g of the coffee product.
