Delivery devices and their uses

An intraruminal device capable of releasing at least two active ingredients is disclosed. The device includes an elongate body impervious to rumen fluids, where the body defines a barrel having a first outlet, a column of matrices in the barrel having one or more active ingredients, a compression arrangement within the body, and a release arrangement. The column of matrices within the barrel is biased so as to present each matrix to the first outlet. A release arrangement for an active ingredient is provided at or adjacent the end of the body distal to the first outlet.
