Zusammenfassung:	A trap apparatus, that includes a body defining a trap opening which is supported across a stream of wind blown matter to be trapped, is disclosed. A wind-permeable receptacle is supported down-stream of the trap opening and is at least partially formed of a material having an effective mesh size. The mesh size is selected so that the wind passes through whilst the matter is retained by the mesh. The trap apparatus further comprises guide walls that extend upwind divergently from the opening.
