Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to muscarinic receptor antagonists which are azabicyclo derivatives such as (2R, 2S)(1alpha, 5alpha, 6alpha)-N-{-[4-(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)-butyl]-3azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-6-yl-methyl}-2-hydroxy-2-cyclopentyl-2-phenylacetamide which are useful, among other uses for the treatment of various diseases of the respiratory, urinary and gastrointestinal systems mediated through muscarinic receptors. The disclosure also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and their use for treating the diseases mediated through muscarinic receptors.
