Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a use of a composition comprising an active-substance-containing core and an asymmetric polymeric coating thereon, in the manufacture of a medicament for controlled-release delivery upon administration of said composition to a use environment comprising at least about 0.5 wt% of dietary fat, wherein the polymer used to form said asymmetric polymeric coating comprises cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate phthalate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate succinate, polymethacrylate, or mixtures or-blends thereof.
