Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a chemical compound represented by general formula (I) wherein A represents an optionally substituted ring system selected from the group consisting of: pyridyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, indolyl, pyrazolyl and oxo-pyrolidinyl; R1 represents H; and D represents substituted phenyl, cyclohexane or pyridine wherein at least one of the substituents is tetrazolyl and the others are as defined in the specification. Compounds of the type disclosed are chloride channel blockers useful in the treatment of diseases such as bone metabolic disease or an osteoclast related bone disease.
