Zusammenfassung:	An elastomeric sealing member (18) for sealing an inner periphery of a stomal aperture of an ostomy appliance. The sealing member has a closed loop configuration, and comprises an outer peripheral mounting portion (32) and an inner peripheral stoma engaging surface (36), the stoma engaging surface having a generally closed loop configuration, to at least partially cup the stoma in use.
