Zusammenfassung:Pyridine derivative compounds of formula (I) with IKB kinase beta (IKK-beta) inhibiting activity are disclosed, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as defined in the specification. These compounds have an excellent anti-inflammatory activity, and other biological activity, wherein these compounds can be used as an immunosuppressant, an agent to treat ischemia, an anti-tumoral agent, an agent for treating asthma, and for treating such other diseases.
