Zusammenfassung:	Use of a formulation containing phosphatidylserine (PS) and/or lyso phosphatidylserine with additional active components is described for the production of an agent for preventing or treating stress states in warm-blooded animals. The stress states are to be associated with an increased secretion of catecholamines. The additional active components are disclosed to be selected from the following, or any mixtures thereof: (a) an active substance of plant origin selected from the group comprising Rhodiola, Ginseng, Schisandra, Suma, camomile, Salix, Ephedra, passion-flower, Gingko, Kava-Kava, St. John's wort, valerian, garlic, Reishi mushrooms; and/or guarana; and/or (b) a compound selected from the group comprising phosphatidyicholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, taurine, serine, choline, carnithin, phenylalanine, melatonin, tyrosine, theanine, ethanol, creatine citrate, creatine pymvate and/or barbituric acid (derivatives).
