Zusammenfassung:Carboxylic acid amide derivatives of formula (I) are disclosed, wherein U, V, W, X, Y, Z, n and m are as defined as in the specification. Processes for producing of carboxylic acid amide compounds of formula (I), and the pharmaceutical manufacture of medicaments containing these compounds are also disclosed. These carboxylic acid amide derivatives of formula (I) may be suitable as highly effective and selective antagonists of NMDA receptor, and moreover most of the compounds are selective antagonist of NR2B subtype of NMDA receptor.
