Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a peptide compound capable of at least partially modulating the interaction of the hnRNPL protein or the FEBP1 protein and comprising the amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO. 9 or the homolog of the one of these proteins, with the PTB1 domain of FE65. The compound has the sequence of SEQ ID NO. 7 or 9, or a fragment or derivative, that has at least one mutation, deletion or insertion in the effector region. Also disclosed are antibodies directed toward the peptide, nucleic acids encoding the peptides and methods for screening, characterizing or producing active molecules. The peptide compounds, antibodies, and nucleic acids can be used in the manufacture of a medicament for treatment of a neurodegenerative pathology.
