Zusammenfassung: | A set of programming messages for a digital broadcasting system (MPEG) is generated as a sequence that is repetitively randomized to form a plurality of sets of the messages, the messages in each set being in random sequence. The messages are then broadcast to the users, preferably at different rates. By repetitively randomizing the sequence of entitlement management messages the chance of two messages being broadcast back to back after repetitions can be made negligibly small. Thus the decoder will not be confused by closely separated entitlement management messages. |
