Zusammenfassung:	An inhalation device for use with an inhaler 7 for providing a dose of a substance includes a section for receiving the inhaler within the device, a dispersion chamber 3 of substantially constant volume in fluid connection with the inhaler receiving section, and a suction chamber 2 of variable internal volume in fluid connection with the dispersion chamber. A negative pressure is generated in the constant volume dispersion chamber as the volume in the suction chamber is increased whereby the substance is moved from said inhaler into the dispersion chamber for subsequent inhalation.
