Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a procedure for obtaining a prestressed fibre-optic sensor, the sensor comprising two metal strips (2, 3) which are superposed and sheath an optical fibre (1), the strips being fixed to each other along their side edges in order to constitute a sheath exerting a prestress on the optical fibre, the process being characterised in that it comprises: - a step of superposing the side edges of the strips with alignment of the sections of the strips, superposition of the edges being carried out so as to obtain, after fastening the edges, a determined prestress on the optical fibre, - a step of welding the strips together so as to join the adjacent sections after superposition of the side edges, welding being carried out simultaneously on both sides of the strips with the same energy supplied. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the procedure and the prestressed fibre-optic sensor obtained.
