Zusammenfassung:	Aqueous surfactant compositions, containing a surfactant mixture of: a) 2 to 95%, preferably 20 to 80%, of a protein/fatty acid condensate obtained by reacting 1 mol of a protein of the formula in which R is the radical of an amino acid, M is an alkali metal ion or ammonium ion and n is a number from 0 to 50, preferably from 2 to 33, with 0.5 to 4 mol of a fatty acid of the formula R1-COOH in which R1 is C7-C21-alkyl or C7-C21-alkenyl, b) 5 to 98%, preferably 20 to 80%, of a hydrocarbon-sulphonate and c) 0 to 80% of an alkoxylated surfactant. These surfactant mixtures are used in surfactant flooding for increasing the yield in crude oil production.
