Below these, the housing 1 has a protruding bottom 22 as a support shelf and spillage container. A door 6 at one side affords access to the upper part of the interior of the apparatus, which is surrounded by an insulated case 7, which accommodates a loosely-disposed or freely-disposed container 8 having a container tap 19 connected to the water tap 21 via a nipple and a hose or a pipe 20.
