Zusammenfassung: | The feedstuff has a pH of 4.0 to 5.0, a dry solids content of 20.9 to 37% by weight and a crude protein content of 5.8 to 8.8% by weight, and is obtained by fermentation of a nutrient medium containing sources of carbohydrates, proteins, mineral salts and manure or poultry droppings, using a bacterial leaven consisting of thermophilic bacteria of the genus Lactobacterium or Streptobacterium and mesophilic bacteria of the genus Streptococcus, Azotobacterium, Shermanni, Bacterium acidi propionicum, Escherichia coli or Pseudomonas produced by way of a long-term symbiosis and adaptation of the bacteria to a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts and biologically active compounds. The fermentation is preferably at 5 to 35 DEG C for 7 to 14 days. |
