Zusammenfassung: | A down-hole tool has body comprising a sample port (14 in figure 1) and sample channel (15 in figure 1) in fluid communication the sample port. The sample channel includes a sample chamber having: an inlet 224 and outlet 226; multiple chambers including a cylindrical middle resonator cavity 206 and two cylindrical outer resonator cavities 204,208 disposed concentrically. One of the outer resonator cavities has a sensor inlet 230 for receiving a sensor so it contacts the sample fluid as it flows through the sample channel/resonators. The inlet and outlet are formed in the middle resonator cavity and are staggered relative to one another. The sensor (240 in figure 7) includes a piezoelectric element and diaphragm contained at least partially within a chamber. |
