The content of carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, chromium, molybdenum and titanium is represented by specific relation. Gas-shielded-arc-welding flux cored wire contains carbon (in mass%) (0.04-0.11), silicon (0.4-0.75), manganese (1.3-2.5), nickel (0.1-2.5), chromium (0.1-1), molybdenum (0.1-1), titanium (0.06-0.3), iron (90 or more), nitrogen (0.015 or less), and remainder of unavoidable impurities.
