Zusammenfassung:	The device has a maintenance unit (42) that maintains a passage closure valve (58) in open position against a permanent stress unit. The unit (42) has a hydraulic cylinder (44) and a hydraulic unit (46) controlled by a command signal for activating the unit (42) when a valve opening command signal is received by the cylinder and the unit (46) and for deactivating the unit (42) in the absence of the signal. The cylinder and units (42, 46) are integrated to a valve case (40) so that the cylinder and units (42, 46) are moved simultaneously under control of a working line e.g. electric line.
