Zusammenfassung:	The method entails irradiating polyphase medium with EM field emanating from an emitting source, and having frequency value (fe). The amplitude (Aei) is measured as well as the phase shift (Phei) of the EM field passing through the medium, in at least a side (Pi) fixed with respect to the polyphase medium. From these measurements and previously stored data, stored in a processor and with the associated frequency value, the proportion of each liquid phase and/or gas phase is deduced for at least a side (Pi). The frequency value (fe) can be varied and the stages above re-iterated.
