Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electrical assembly (60) comprising an electrical connector (10) for an electric socket (40) for an electric plug (50p) of a charging cable (50) for an electric vehicle, and an electrical conductor wire (20) coupled with the electrical connector (10). The electrical connector (10) comprises a first terminal (10a) at the first end (10e1), the first terminal (10a) being configured for directly receiving an end (20e) of the electrical conductor wire (20). The first terminal (10a) of the electrical connector (10) comprises at least two axially extending members (12a) spaced apart and defining a receiving space (S10a) in between them for receiving an end portion of the electrical conductor wire (20), wherein at least one of the at least two axially extending members (12a) is a flexible mem-ber (12a). The first terminal (10a) is configured to be pre-tensioned by bending outwardly upon insertion of the end portion of the electrical conductor wire (20) into the receiving space (S10a) and to clamp the end portion of the electrical conductor wire (20) between the axially extending members (12a) for creating and maintaining a good electrical contact between the electrical conductor wire (20) and the electrical connector (10). The end (20e) of the electrical conductor wire (20) is placed inside the receiving space (S10a) of the electrical connector (10) and clamped by the at least one flexible member (12a) and wherein the electrical conductor wire (20) thereby is connected to the electrical connector (10). |
