Zusammenfassung:	Multicolour-striped strips of toothpaste, in particular with a cross-section in the form of an n-sided polygon, where n is a whole number between 3 and 7, can be extruded from a reservoir, without diffuse transition regions, if the ratio of the liquid limits of the carrier material and of the stripe material is approximately 1.10 : 1 to 1.20 : 1. A suitable extruder is shown in Figure 1.
