Zusammenfassung:	In the case of a drive for displacing a switch support (1) in an electrical switch panel, a threaded spindle (2) (which can be rotated by means of a hand crank) and a nut (3) (which engages with the threaded spindle (2)) are provided. The nut (3) is supported on the switch support (1) such that it can rotate, and can be driven by a brake motor (5) via a bevel-gear drive (6, 7). The threaded spindle (2) can be prevented from rotating, by means of a locking device (8, 9, 13) while the brake motor (5) is running, and can be unlocked when the motor (5) is braked, so that the switch support can be displaced both by hand (manually) and by a motor.
