Zusammenfassung:	A surgical suture package is disclosed comprising a center panel; at least one foam receptacle affixed to said panel; a plurality of cards or an accordion folded continuous sheet, placed onto said panel adjacent to said receptacle; a first flap placed onto said cards; or sheet means for attaching said first flap to said cards or sheet, and to said panel; and a second flap foldably attached to said panel and placed onto said receptacle and said first flap, whereby a plurality of sutures in series can be singly contained on said panel and between said cards or sheet with at least one end of each suture contained by said receptacle.
