The racemio and l-forms are #-adrenergic blocking agents and the d-form is an antiarrhythmic agent; they may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1,069,341 and 1,069,345.
