In the present invention, by executing the power plant frequency regulation load setting and the power plant frequency regulation power setting, the actual load of the power plant can reach the frequency regulation load setting value each time after low frequency disturbance and indicators of primary frequency regulation outputting response passage rate and primary frequency regulation contributed power can be promised. |
