Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are application of LF3 in the preparation of drugs for treating arthritis and a pharmaceutical composition containing LF3 for the treatment of osteoarthritis, belonging to the technical field of drugs. The LF3 can significantly reduce the expression of MMP-13, ADAMTSS and COX-2 genes, and alleviate the inhibitory effect after IL-lß stimulation. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from LF3 powder, DMSO, PEG300, Tween-80 and normal saline, wherein the molecular formula of the LF3 is C20H24N4OzSz. The pharmaceutical composition provided by the present disclosure can relieve the inflammatory manifestations of knee osteoarthritis and the cartilage destruction, and reduce the formation of cartilage injury, thereby delaying the progression of osteoarthritis, and the pharmaceutical composition is free from toxicity, and has a remarkable treatment effect on osteoarthritis.
