Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rapid determination method for soluble sugar in Chinese chestnut kernel based on NIR, which comprises the following steps: collecting spectral data of Caslanea mollissima kernels to obtain spectral data, determining the soluble sugar content of C. mollissima kernels to obtain chemical detection data, and the spectral measurement corresponds to the chemical detection data one by one, using partial least squares regression method combined with interactive verification to construct a calibration model for the spectral data and chemical detection data. After adding it to the application program, it was imported into the detection equipment and turned on, and the soluble sugar content of C. molll'ssima kernel could be directly determined quickly and non-destructively by using this program. The method provided by the invention can realize rapid, efficient and nondestructive determination of soluble sugar content in C. mollissima nuts, is convenient to operate, does not use any chemical reagent, and is environment-friendly.
