CODOMINANT SSR MARKERS CLOSELY LINKED TO NORNICOTINE GENE qnNIC, AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides codominant SSR markers closely linked to a nornicotine gene qulC and a use thereof. The codominant SSR markers closely linked 5 to the nornicotine gene quIC are numbered TM55416 and TMy85136, respectively, and nucleotide sequences of PCR amplification products of the n...

Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure provides codominant SSR markers closely linked to a nornicotine gene qulC and a use thereof. The codominant SSR markers closely linked 5 to the nornicotine gene quIC are numbered TM55416 and TMy85136, respectively, and nucleotide sequences of PCR amplification products of the nornicotine gene qulC are shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, and SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively. The use refers to a use of the codominant SSR markers closely linked to the nornicotine gene qulC in detection of presence of the nornicotine gene qulC in 10 genomic DNA of tobacco. Compared with the methods in the prior art, the codominant SSR markers in the present disclosure have characteristics such as high accuracy, high efficiency, high stability, convenience, low cost, and no limitation of detection time. Therefore, the molecular markers can be used in marker-assisted selection (MAS) of the nornicotine gene qulC during tobacco breeding. 15 |
