Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides codominant SSR markers closely linked to a citric acid gene qu'lA and a use thereof. The codominant SSR markers closely linked to the citric 5 acid gene qu'lA are numbered TMy80405 and IDYKO4054, respectively, and nucleotide sequences of PCR amplification products of the citric acid gene are shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, and SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively. The use refers to a use of the codominant SSR markers closely linked to the citric acid gene qu'lA in detection of presence of the citric acid gene qu'lA in genomic DNA of tobacco. 10 Compared with the methods in the prior art, the codominant SSR markers in the present disclosure have characteristics such as high accuracy, high efficiency, high stability, convenience, low cost, and no limitation of detection time. Therefore, the molecular markers can be used in marker-assisted selection (MAS) of the citric acid gene qu'lA during tobacco breeding.
