METHOD FOR MAKING STEEL BAR PROCESSING SITE BY USING SOLIDIFIED DRILLING MUD

Disclosed is a method for making steel bar processing site by using solidified drilling mud, which comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out to mark the formation of the area to be hardened; paving the drilling sediment and the mud in the area to be hardened to form a soil layer; paving a soil curing agent on the soil layer; the soil curing agent comprises cement and a composite curing agent, wherein the mass percentage of the cement is 5%-10% and the mass percentage of the composite curing agent is 0.04%-0.06%; the composite curing agent comprises a first surfactant and a second surfactant with a mass ratio of 1: 0.2-0.5; mixing the soil layer and the soil curing agent to form a solidified layer; and treating the solidified layer to form the steel bar processing site. By using the soil curing agent, the invention reduces the water content of the soil formed by the drilling mud, realizes the conversion of "turning waste into treasure" and utilizes the drilling mud, thus saving the environmental resources and the construction cost, and providing a reference construction method for the treatment and utilization of the drilling mud.
